What we think and what we say shapes the reality of our lives. If we want to have a better life, then we need to change the way we think from negative to a more positive thought pattern. The saying is real, "What you think, you become." It wasn't until the moment I grew overly tired of living the life of all the negative thoughts that consumed my mind, that I read that I had the power to change it.

By consciously changing my thoughts and speaking what I wanted to see in my life, I started to see those changes become my reality. The key was repetition, faith and believing in what I thought and spoke.
